I was once called "Uncle Crazy" by a nephew a long time ago. He was trying to say

"Uncle Tracy". He has since gone on to learn the Saxophone well enough to play with a

famous Jazz ensemble and how to say "uncle" and "crazy" in Japanese. Who knew how

para-prophetic this little slip of the tongue would turn out to be. As I start sharing a few of

my favorite things, I expect to evoke thoughts of "Uncle Crazy, indeed". Incidentally, this

"crazy" precog's (precognitive) older sibling called me "Uncle Fifi". What does that

mean?

Ready? Besides the complexities of the Cosmos and the nature of light, I really dig

memories. What? Yeah, you know, mine or someone else's. The "Book of Life", the

"Celestial Library" or "Hall of Records" or "Akashic Field", "Past Life Regression",

accounts of "Near Death Experiences" and "Life Reviews" in front of a council of

benevolent multicolored spiritual beings who watch your whole Mortal Probation with you on big flat screen emotionally interactive tv's.

I like to be of the opinion that Tolkien, and many other "Creative Writers" use a form of

"Automatic Writing" and dip into the available "Akashic Records" or heavenly memory

bank, borrowing liberally from stories which we all might have been preexistently familiar.

My most favorite and therefore most satisfying thing is the discovery or rediscovery of "Truth". It's simple, logical, neutral and absolute. However, it is surrounded by complex possibilities, discontinuous data, strong emotions, and the whirlwind of personal experience. I'm sure we could all write volumns. Some of us have started...

Memories, favored thoughts and truth, are all admirable, I suppose... Yet, I am still left wanting! Satiation from this kind of hunger comes only through edification. What I am trying to say is that I am bursting with all these ideas about all kinds of subjects, some are contained within "the box" and some are way "outside the box" and I want to talk about them. Edification is a spiritual communication tool that is not limited to Sacrament meeting, Sunday School and Relief Society. Truth learning is not limited to the Standard Works, Volunteerism or starry nights. Soooo, for those interested, I would like to list a few more favorite things just to guage sympathetic vibes.

- Learning from my kids. The intricacies of becomming like God.
- Indiana Jones and the coming "Great Deception" and who are the "Very Elect"?
- The face of Modern Gadianton, the Nazi's and the source of all "Conspiracies".
- What exactly is "Gravity"? What we don't know is a lot.
- Seeing the sites, tasting the food, meeting the people.
- Broomsticks, Wands, Flying Saucers, & RFID, implements of a false priesthood?
- Mu and the epochs of time on this earth. Contrary to accepted paradigms, there is just too much evidence.
- Synergy of Science and Religion. Reconcilliation from Babylon.
- What are two US Border Patrol Agents doing in prison?
- The Tao of walking the dog at night. Meditation, prayer and quieting inner dialog.
Just a few of my favorite things.

One of my favorite things is helpful, tech-savvy grandkids who can work me through all this 21st century confusion. Jared has set this up for me while he, Brittany, and their four were here this afternoon. I haven't yet had time to read the rest of the comments but hope to do so ASAP. I just wanted to get something off while he was here to bail me out if necessary. Good job, Tina. Mahalo.

Now that I have had a chance to read the other comments I am reminded of MY favorite thing:
1--having wife, kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids around and feeling their love for whatever reason. What a great bunch!
2--Keeping busy
3--Sudoku--all but the hard ones!
4--Reading the newspaper with one eye while I watch TV with the other in the evening with my best friend.
5--the gospel and reading the scriptures daily
6--having a Family Home LIFE rather than just a weekly FHE--but we have that, as well.
7--traveling on new roads to see new county.
8--Family history
